Welcome. Here is what to bring and what happens on your first visit. If you would rather fill in forms at home, you can do that before you come.

A list of the medicines you take
Your vision plan or insurance card and a photo ID
The name of your last eye doctor, if you had one
Your first visit, step by step

Step 1: Pick an office and a doctor
Book at the office nearest you, and tell us if you want a doctor who speaks your language.

Step 2: We check your benefits
The front desk checks your plan before the visit when we can, and tells you what to expect.

Step 3: Your exam
A full exam takes about an hour. You leave with a copy of your prescription.

Step 4: Your records follow you
Your chart is the same at all six offices, so you can change offices when your schedule changes.
